How many of you have ever wanted to do some cool editing of photo’s like the professionals do? Well, Adobe CS5 has given us the tools to do it without all the techy stuff! And OOOO EEMM GEEE it is so cool, you are going to want to keep this such a secret! You know how I am though, I love giving as much information away to my readers as possible. So when I saw this one, I had to post up right away. Okay, here’s how it works. Open up your version of Adobe Photoshop CS5.

Open up Bridge. Browse to a photo you want to enhance. Click on the camera raw option…oh wait…you don’t know what that is do you? It’s the little round doober in the top left corner…oh I’ll just drop a screen shot to make it easier. See below image:

Kinda hard to see, but its the little button with the red circle around it. Anyways, you click on the image you want to enhance then click that button and oh my goodness, you get a TON of options. You can now completely enhance the the image as if you knew what you were doing when you took the photo in the first place. Don’t believe me? Check out these two images below.

Here is a screen shot of how easy it is to manipulate the photo in Camera Raw:

So, when you have a moment, check out Camera Raw in Adobe Photoshop CS5. It’s super cool, super fast and SUPER EASY!

  1. Hello, read your blog by chance. Could you please tell me what kind of software that goes with what kind of computer? Macs or Windows? Is your blog here mostly photograph information? Thank you.

    • Hi Elena,

Photoshop can be used on either windows or mac. My blog is for marketing which covers a lot, so yes, photography is covered in that too, but its not my area of expertise. I just dabble in it. Hope I was able to help you.

  2. This has actually sparked up an idea in my mind. This really is a superb weblog article.
