Recently JWAJ Properties company hired Syl Wilson Marketing as the Prime to redesign their website. The new website features a one-page design that is beautiful and user-friendly. The new layout is more focused and gets the target audience the information they want the most quickly. The website previously was mired in information that made it hard for users to get the most important data.
JWAJ Properties is a premier real estate brokerage that helps buyers, sellers and investors come together in real estate transactions. They pride themselves on providing a stress-free experience on the road to the closing table.
Recently Washington University in St.Louis commissioned Syl Wilson Marketing to design a website for the “Safe Return to Schools” for children across the country with disabilities.
The website summarizes the recommended best practices for returning safely to school, based on information from the Washington University Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center working with staff at the Special School District of St. Louis County, Missouri through the COMPASS-T project.
It has been an honor to have been a part of such an important and vital project during these unprecedented times.
Recently, Prep Academy which is a part of the Denver Public School District, requested Syl Wilson Marketing to redesign their school website and refresh their school logo. We met their needs and are supporting the website monthly with maintenance and updates. We are PROUD to have worked on this project and look forward to a long partnership with the district.
We love working with nonprofit organizations that are doing amazing things in the community to make this world a better place, and the St. Louis Public School District Foundation is one of our favorites! We were honored to redesign their website and excited to watch them grow!

To celebrate its launch, #mySTL, powered by Downtown STL, Inc., hosted a day of livestream conversations with St. Louis experts, influencers and policy makers.
After a successful morning discussion between local historian NiNi Harris and Downtown STL, Inc. President and CEO Missy Kelley, a lunchtime panel discussion was held on the topic “Downtown Now: Transforming St. Louis’ Urban Core.” The conversation, which took place at the Downtown STL, Inc. office, included insight regarding exciting development projects such as the final stages of the Gateway Arch grounds project, the much-anticipated redevelopment of the Jefferson Arms building and the Downtown street grid to support the area’s transportation needs.
The panel was moderated by Mobin Khan (COO & VP of Economic Development, Downtown STL, Inc.) and included the following engaging panelists:
